I grind my teeth while I sleep, which is when I wear a moughguard. Sport versions have been as helpful to me as those from the dentist, saving me hundreds of dollars. The Shock Doctor Mouthguard just doesn't get a very good fit. The material is too sturdy, which would be good for protection if I were playing football, but not good for wearing for hours at night. I made several attempts, but it was just too uncomfortable to wear - too stiff and not conforming to my teeth.
