I originally purchased this item in October 2009 & it became defective about a month later. I contacted Amazon.com customer service on a Friday to report the problem. By Monday I received my replacement Tempo Trainer. They gave me the shipping info so it did not cost me anything to send back the defective one. I was truly amazed at the customer service on this.
