I ordered this Isolkinetics Hand Exercise Squeeze ball because I thought it would help with tension and stress relief and might also help with occasional stiffness from writing or doing other tasks. I got a green one and it seems to work very well. I suppose there isn't much that could go wrong with one of these things, but the green one which is a medium resistance level seems about right for my purposes. The egg shape is nice and has an interesting look. It would probably be a good product for someone with arthritis or other conditions affecting the flexibility of the hands.
