This product provides a decent arm workout, but I thought the handles could be better. It appears from the picture that the handles are rigid, but they are actually just a piece of soft foam slid over the tube. In other words, the whole handle flexes with the band as you use it. But, for the price it is still a good product, provided it lasts. If it doesn't I'll give an update. Get more detail about SPRI Ultra Toner Heavy Resistance (Blue).
