You get exactly what is shown in the picture, except they aren't assembled.
Seems to me if you going to be hanging off of something upside down it might be nice to be sure you have the buckles threaded correctly.
The EXF web site talks about the free PDF training guide that can be downloaded once you purchase, but that doesn't come with these either.
