I haven't purchased these boots, but I might because they may 'have it all". Sizing on these Merrell's was nutty. My local EMS store had a size 11.5 in stock but no other size. I usually wear a 10 and Wide is best. Wearing a medium weight wool sock the 11.5 was a nice fit though(What's with that? Not even close?)
My biggest concern is slipperieness on damp surfaces. I have flagstone paths and two pair of dangerously slippery Columbia boots that can't be worn outside if it's damp. (Kind of negates the waterproof thing). Does anyone have a comment on these Merrell boots regarding slipperieness?

I have used Timex Ironman watches for as long as I can remember. I love the mechanics - the timers, the interval timers, the stopwatch feature, the multiple alarms,the water resistance. That part is awesome. The last two that I bought were of this design with the fancy band. They look great when you buy them, but they DO NOT last! On the first one I bought, the band came apart from the watch part the day we were leaving for vacation. Out of desperation, I superglued it together which in turn superglued the buttons on the side rendering them useless. The one I replaced it with started seperating from the band within the first 6 months. Yesterday, I found the faceplate on the carpet. It just fell off. On both bands, which were blue and pink respectively, the color faded and showed the gray base color through. On my previous ironmans, the watches lasted forever and the band finally gave away after 5-7 years. If you do not expect these watches to last more than one year, then you should be ok. I completely recommend the Timex Ironman brand for both men and women. These are terrific watches for runners, especially if you are doing multiple intervals of different lengths (ie: 5 min/2 min intervals). I use the timer every night when I put my children to bed (and also when they need time outs). I use the multiple alarms to remind me to pick them up from activities. If you want satisfaction though, I recommend getting the thicker (somewhat uglier for women) band. I have seen velcro straps that you can buy to replace the band on those watches, but I'm not sure how they would work if you are in water a lot. I am in the medical field and need something that doesn't hold water as I am washing my hands often. That reminds me, these watches also perform well in water whether you are swimming, waterskiing, or playing at a waterpark. This is a well built, very solid feeling shelf unit that I purchased to hold my FIOS set top box about six feet away from a wall-mounted TV.

The shelf was easy to mount to the wall once the location of the two studs were identified. Just pencil where the holes need to go, drill a hole that's slightly smaller than the screw width, and screw in the screws.

The one slight flaw to the design of this unit and the reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the two arms can't be pushed all the way in when used with smaller components. When looking at the photo, you'll notice a gap between the square pads at the end of the arms and the outer sleeve of the arm. If the arms could be pushed in all the way so that the pads were flush with the outer sleeve, the arms would have a cleaner and more sleek appearance when used with smaller components. This could be achieved with a slightly longer sleeve, or a slightly shorter arm. When I placed my set top box onto this mount and aligned the feet of the set top box with the square pads, there was a significant gap between the rear of the set top box and the wall. Pushing the set top box towards the wall a couple of inches looked better but then the feet were no longer aligned with the pads. If the arms could have been pushed in then the fit would have been perfect.
